The Meaning of Life

Wonder, Truth, Love, Security.
Meaning of Life ~ Ravi Zacharias

Random Writings of a Man Looking for a Better Life

Was cleaning my room today and found an old disk given to me by my father. On it was two sets of five audio clips. Roughly two and a half hours of Ravi Zacharias during his program called “Let My People Think.” I tossed it into the computer and started listening as I continued cleaning my room. Soon the cleaning stopped and I was sitting at my desk; I was blown away with what I was hearing. It was too hard to focus on the conversation and clean. The set of clips I started listening to was “The Top 5 questions” where Ravi Zacharias and William Lane Craig answered the top 5 questions college students had of Christianity. Poetry: “When God Wants To Drill A Man”

The will of God be done.

The Truth Renaissance

When God Wants To Drill A Man

When God wants to drill a man,
And thrill a man,
And skill a man
When God wants to mold a man
To play the noblest part;

When He yearns with all His heart
To create so great and bold a man
That all the world shall be amazed,
Watch His methods, watch His ways!

How He ruthlessly perfects
Whom He royally elects!
How He hammers him and hurts him,
And with mighty blows converts him

Into trial shapes of clay which
Only God understands;
While his tortured heart is crying
And he lifts beseeching hands!

How He bends but never breaks
When his good He undertakes;
How He uses whom He chooses,
And which every purpose fuses him;
By every act induces him
To try His splendor out-
God knows what He’s about.

The Ladder

It grows up, and goes up;

Each climb I take, up it goes;

When I rest, up it grows;

Up I haste, it grows up;

I aim higher, up it still goes;
